When albums are deauthorized for distribution to Spotify, the original URL location of the album will still exist in their store and continue to display the cover art, artist names and track listing. However, the songs will not be playable nor can the album be searched for using Spotify's search engine.
Currently, Spotify does not offer a way to fully remove or purge an album from their storefront once it has been delivered, even if it has been deauthorized.
